Ken at FixIt Home Solutions recently installed five AC units at my studio, and I truly could not be more grateful for the work he did. Came out and butchered the tree in the front yard. I checked with HOA &;they said it didn't need to be but here's the way it was. Instead of taking ownership they made an excuse that tree trimmer was a pro. The trimmer was lazy.. you don't chop off healthy limbs.  You actually work, trim back with tree trimming tools.
